It’s been a while since we’ve posted about a customer review, but when we came across this Yelp review by Ani N. in Oakland, we knew we had to share it on our blog.
According to Ani’s review, we were one of eight companies she contacted when shopping for replacement windows. She says that she
…chose to work with [Owner] Michal and Custom Exchange after working through multiple estimates. Other providers were way too focused on showmanship and salesmanship, which created a lot of distrust. From the first call, through the estimate/measuring and projection of time to complete, Michal was extremely genuine, transparent with pricing, forthcoming about delivery and installation.”
We are so happy to read that Ani found us to be genuine, transparent, and forthcoming! We know there are home improvement companies out there that will say just about anything to get a signed contract, so we do our best to set ourselves apart from them by being completely honest with potential customers. We don’t try to hide anything and we don’t make promises we know we can’t keep. We stick to our quotes and our timelines. Of course, there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control that affect timelines (such as COVID), but when those happen, we clearly communicate any changes.
In her review, Ani also complimented our installation team, calling them “…friendly, extremely efficient,” and commented how it only took our crew two days to install all 21 replacement windows in her Oakland home.
