Here at Custom Exchange, we are happy to announce that our Bay Area replacement window company will soon have an all-new website! We have had the same website for many years, and it has served us and our customers well, but it is time for a change. We thought about just making a few updates, but in the end, we determined that a complete redesign was called for. By creating a completely new website, we have been able to add some features that will give our visitors a much better user experience.
What Won’t Change on Our New Website
Customers have told us that they like our website because it provides a good amount of information about replacement windows in general and about our products and services in particular. That won’t change on our new site. You’ll still be able to read all about replacement windows, including information about the brands we sell and the styles of windows we offer.
Customers also appreciate the fact that we have an extensive gallery on our site, which houses dozens of before-and-after photos. This photo gallery gives potential customers a good idea of what their home could look like with new replacement windows, and also shows them real-life examples of some of the replacement window features we offer, such as window grids and specialty window styles. The gorgeous professional photos you see in brochures are great, but we think it’s also helpful to show people pictures of our actual completed projects.
What You’ll Find on Our New Website
In addition to the helpful information listed above, we will also be adding additional product information. We understand that people like to compare products and their features to make sure they are getting the best replacement window product for their particular home. Some people like to go with products they’re already familiar with, but we also want to make sure our customers are informed about other replacement window brands that are less of a household name, but that are still great products to consider for their homes in Pleasanton, Livermore, and the surrounding areas.
Our new website will also feature our blog more prominently. We use our blog to go into greater depth on topics related to replacement windows and doors that we think will benefit our customers, so it only makes sense that we make it easier for people to find it.
Another feature that will be on our new website that we’re really excited about is the addition of a “See Our Work” map. This map will pinpoint the locations of homes in the Bay Area where we’ve installed replacement windows. You can use this map to find homes in your area that you can then drive by to get an in-person look at our work. Not many other replacement window companies in the Bay Area have anything like this on their websites. We hope you’ll take advantage of this unique feature.
Finally, and probably most importantly, our new website will provide a better user experience for people viewing our site on mobile devices. We know that many people these days are searching for goods and services on their phones. We want to make it easier for them to find the information they are looking for, so we are designing our new site in such a way that it will look great on smaller devices like smartphones.
